I did not authorize this purchase. What should I do?
First, check your billing statement to make sure that you made your purchase at www.limewire.com. Your statement will have an entry that looks similar to this:
LWL*LIME WIRE LLC
If your statement does not include "Lime Wire LLC" or has any other company name listed, then your purchase was made from a third-party unauthorized source and not through LimeWire. Please contact the company listed on your credit/debit card statement or your bank for further assistance.
If you're sure the purchase was made through Lime Wire LLC, then someone came to www.limewire.com, entered your credit card information, and authorized the transaction. Check to see if a family member made the purchase - often a son or daughter is responsible. If neither you nor a member of your household made the purchase, contact our Support staff or call the number listed on your billing statement, and we will be happy to help you resolve the situation.

I have been charged $9.99, $14.99, or $19.99 by "BIBIT" or "www.store.lime". What is this?
You have signed up for an account at the LimeWire Store. The LimeWire Store is LimeWire's exclusive music store, featuring high-quality DRM-free mp3's for purchase. The Store is NOT the same thing as the LimeWire software and although they are designed to work together seamlessly, a Store account is not required to use the LimeWire software to search for and download files from the Gnutella network.

How often will I be charged?
LimeWire PRO is a one-time purchase; you will not be charged again for the duration of the terms you agreed to when you made your purchase. If you decide to renew, then you will be charged once you fill out the appropriate renewal information.
